InStyle Best Beauty Buys List

The first "Best Of" list of 2008 has come out and it's a good one! InStyle has completed their 13th annual survey and have published their 141 Best Beauty Buys.

141 products makes for a very long list, but I think it's totally worth it! With spring just around the corner, it's a great time to update your makeup bag and try something new!
