I've tried several primers now and have several favourite ones, including Quo, Smashbox and Urban Decay's super-popular Eyeshadow Primer Potion. But my absolute favourite is NARS. (Still disappointed that my favourite NARS Primer with SPF isn't available in Canada so I have to settle for the non-SPF version).

Hi! I've already seen the eye shadow base in action and it is AMAZING! Here's my review!
It's not available in my country yet but in a couple of weeks, it will hit stores and I am willing to plunk down money for this!!!
