My December Glymm Box

This past month I've had a lot of parcels arriving on my doorstep due to all the online shopping I've been doing for the holidays. But when my hubby texted me that there was "another pink box" waiting for me at home, I was still pretty excited. Last month's Glymm box was one of my favourites, so I was anxious to see what was inside.

Since I love my lip products so much, if there's a lipstick or lip gloss in the box, I'm usually instantly happy. Although this month seemed a little emptier compared to last month, I still can't wait to try the products inside as each one is a good size and all are things I want to try.

In my December Glymm box:
- Ahava Mineral Hand Cream, 20 ml / 0.68 fl oz
- Caudalie Hand and Nail Cream, 15 ml / 0.5 fl oz
- Sula Natural Lip Gloss in First Kiss, 2.69 g / 0.167 oz

- red and white jelly beans

There's a bit of a hand-theme in this month's box and I'm really liking Sula's lip gloss. My mom is really going to like the min perfume (she collects them).

mine is different i ve got a caudalie masque 3 ml so small , the lip gloss was nude and taste aweful , the ahava , the perfume , and the card .

Mine was a bit different. I got the masque...tiny sample! I don't mind the lipgloss taste...reminds me of cough medicine!

Have you cancelled your Glymm Box?

What do you make of their lock down of their wall and the subsquent hijacking of their posts to voice concerns.

Their customer service has been terrible. I've had three boxes and all were late. Two of them had damaged or missing items. Emails are being ignored and the phones are constantly busy.

The items in January and February were not exciting or luxurious.

Hi 50 and counting!

I haven't cancelled it yet, but I do agree with you that something is going on at Glymm and not for the better.

I just received my February box a couple of days ago and, like the January one, was underwhelmed (I haven't even bothered to blog about it). Even the jelly beans have disappeared (small thing, I know).

When the program first started, they had some of the best, most responsive customer service, both via email, facebook and twitter, but about 3-4 months ago, I did notice a definite lag. The person that was my contact at Glymm (who did a lot of their customer service) left and so I don't have much contact with them at all either.

The lockdown on facebook was a little concerning - i don't think companies should bother having social media outlets if they're not there to encourage interaction.

That said, I may stick it out for a little bit longer before cancelling, but definitely am keeping an eye on things.
